3e Summary::You have a natural knack for picking up new abilities. You gain 2 extra skill point per level. This ability stacks with a human's racial ability, giving them a total of three free skill points per level.

Prerequisite: 1st level only.

Benefit: You gain 2 extra skill point per level (and 4x skill points at first level).

Normal: You gain skill points equal to your class + your Int score only.

Special: You may only take this feat at 1st level.
