Natural Marksman [Combat]

3e Summary::You have natural talent firing a gun.

Prerequisite: Personal Firearms Proficiency, Dex 16

Benefit: You get a +1 to hit with personal firearms.

Special: You may take this up to 5 times, it's effect stacks with itself and other to hit bonuses.
