More information...

Mystic snakes are territorial creatures that despise magic users. They never waste the opportunity to counter a spell if they see one being cast.

Combat:

Mystic snakes often stay invisible until they counter a spell and attack the caster.

Poison (Ex): Bite, initial and secondary damage 1d6 temporary Con. Fortitude save DC 11.

Counterspell (Su): Once per day a Mystic Snake can counter a spell as a free action without requiring a Spellcraft check. The spell is countered just as if it were countered by greater dispelling cast by a 20th level sorcerer.

Invisibility (Sp): At will, a mystic snake can become invisible, as per the spell with a caster level of 20.
