Attack: Intelligence Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d8 + Intelligence modifier damage and choose one of the following: Push the target 1 square or shift 1 square. Increase damage to 2d8 + Intelligence modifier at 21st level.
Special: This power counts as a ranged basic attack. When a power allows you to make a ranged basic attack, you can use this power.
