Mutants
Mutants of the Bad Lands or Mutes as they call themselves are a product of some sort of terrible accident related to atomic energy, they are natural survivors with some sort of link to the humans that despise them.
Personality
They are simple minds, strong survivors that want to live in peace.
Physical Description
Their skins that can be blue, green, or any other color.They also have little horns and triton like ears that give them an alien like appereance.
Relations
Most Humans(they call them Humes) distrust them, mostly because they find their appereance horrific.
Mutant(Mute)
- Size: As Medium Humanoid creatures, mutant's gain no benefits or penalties as a result of their size.
- Ability Modifiers: +2 to Strength -2 to Dexterity
- Speed: 30 ft
- Saving Throw Bonus: +2 to fortitude saves
- Mutation Points: A mute receives 3 Mutation Points, that he must spend on Mutations , he also must acquire two or more 0 points [Cosmetic] mutations
- Free Language Skills: Native Language
Half Mutant(Half Hume)
- Size: As Medium Humanoid creatures, Half mutant's gain no benefits or penalties as a result of their size.
- Ability Modifiers: +1 to any ability score
- Speed: 30 ft
- Saving Throw Bonus: +1 to any save
- Mutation Points: A half mutant receives 1 Mutation Point, that he must spend on a Mutation , he also must acquire one 0 point [Cosmetic] mutation
- Skill Bonuses: +4 at first level, +1 skill point every level afterwards
- Free Language Skills: Native Language
