Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d10 + Dexterity modifier force damage. Level 21: 2d10 + Dexterity modifier damage, or you may choose to make two attacks that deal 1d10 damage.
Special: You can use this power as a ranged basic attack.
