You conjure an arrow out of thin air, put it on your lute, draw it back, and take a shot.

4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Requirement: A string instrument
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier damage. The target grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn.
