Mudokons

Mudokons, Oddworld, and it's supporting items are legally reserved by the Oddworld Team, this is not mine, nor should you think it is. This race will work for Dersius' Oddworld setting.

Personality

Mudokons as a whole tend to be slow-witted, lazy, and gullible. They are more often than not simply laying about, or, in worse cases, being forced to work under the darker powers of Oddworld.

Physical Description

Mudokons are generally green, blue, or purple-skinned and more often than not appear vaguely humanoid in nature. They have three fairly large fingers, an opposable thumb, and two toes on their limbs. Mudokons do not often have much hair, and tend to appear bald, and naturally so, though some do have enough to form small ponytails. A Mudokon's eyes appear as symmetrical upon the lower part of their head, making them look highly alien in origin.

Relations

Mudokons, being lazy and gullible, are often oppressed by the other races of Oddworld.

Alignment

Mudokons may be of any alignment.

Lands

Mudokons are creatures of comfort, and as such do not enjoy rough terrain and unbearable climates.

Religion

Mudokons are a shamanistic people, believing in their own set of spirits, such as The Big Face, or the Weirdos.

Language

Mudokons speak Common, and Mudokon. Bonus Languages Include: Slig, Glukkon, and Scrab.

Names

Mudokons, being lazy, tend to choose short, one-syllable names. Most don't even have a last name.

Racial Traits

• +2 Charisma, -2 Constitution. Mudokons are friendly creatures, but are not very fit and are usually in poor physical shape.

• Medium: Mudokons do not gain any bonuses, or penalties associated with size.
• Mudokon base land speed is 30 feet
• Mudokon Possession (Ps): Mudokons have the ability to cast charm person as if a character of their ECL, or HD.
• Mudokon Psionics: Mudokons begin with an extra 3 power points when taking a Psionic class.
• Automatic Languages: Common, Mudokon
• Bonus Languages: Slig, Glukkon, Scrab
• Favored Class: Psion
