Moreau, Cuttlefish (D20 Modern Race)
Background
Cuttlefish Moreau were originally developed by the Japanese governments as infiltrators and thieves, but the covert ones have found much use in espionage. They are a blend of human and various Coleoidea species, most notably the cuttlefish.
Personality
Cuttlefish moreaus are often 'weird', and are usually inquisitive and unendingly curious, to the point of pushing the Big Red Button That is Clearly Labelled 'Do Not Touch'. They have an unusual, often obtuse (or British, really) sense of humor, and tend to use hard-to-understand metaphors.
Allegiance
As they are very rare and expensive, nearly all Cuttlefish Moreau are owned by their government or work for them. Therefore, they tend to have their government as the first or second allegiance. They also tend towards chaotic action, and will usually have that one as well.
Description
Cuttlefish Moreaus are flexible and pale, and they tend to have overly large and expressive eyes. They almost always have no hair, and their skin is slightly rubbery. Overt cuttlefish moreaus have long, almost tentacle-like arms and legs, slender fingers, and a stubby curved beak instead of lips, and cannot talk.

Notes
Cuttlefish Moreau are both rare and hideously expensive to make, and are usually sterile, whether naturally or because the government that owns them did it. They are nearly all owned by their government or work for them. If a PC must be one, make sure to remember that either he's a very expensive tool of the government, or a renegade.
PS: they probably have some LA in there somewhere.
