4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Intelligence Modifier damage. The target is slowed until the end of your next turn. Increase damage to 2[W] at 21st level.
