4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One Creature
Attack: Intelligence Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + 1d8 + Intelligence Modifier damage. Push the target 1 square. Shift to the square the target once occupied. Increase damage to 2[W] at 21st level.
Miss: No damage. Push the target 1 square
