Class Features

All of the following are Class Features of the Master of the Unrestricted Power prestige class.

Additional metamagic feat: At the 1st, 5th and 10th, the MotUP gain one metamagic talent.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Master of the Unrestricted Power gain no new proficiency with any weapon or armor.

Spells per Day: When a new Master of the Unrestricted Power level is gained the Master of the Unrestricted Power gains new spells per day as if he had also gained a level in the sorcerer class only. He does not, however, gain any other benefit, except for an increased effective level of spellcasting.

Shape spell: At the 2nd level, The Master of the Unrestricted Power can alter area and effect spells that use one of the following shapes: burst, cone, cylinder, emanation, or spread. The alteration consists of creating spaces within the spell’s area or effect that are not subject to the spell. For example, an Master of the Unrestricted Power could cast a fireball that would not affect the space in which an ally is. The minimum dimension for these spaces is a 5-foot cube. Furthermore, any shapeable spells have a minimum dimension of 5 feet instead of 10 feet. This ability costs an aditional spell use of the same level, for each modification applied.

Empowered magic: Every 3 levels, starting at third, the Master of the Unrestricted Power gains +1 to the class dificulty to resist his spells.

Meta-flux: At 6th level, the Master of the Unrestricted Power has mastered metamagic to such an extent that whenever he uses a metamagic feat, the feat's level increase upon a spell is reduced by one (this can't reduce an increase to less than one level, or less than zero levels if the increase is already +0). For example, an Master of the Unrestricted Power could prepare a quickened fireball as a 6th-level spell instead of a 7th-level spell.

Spontaneous Metamagic: At 8th level, the Master of the Unrestricted Power gains the ability to apply Metamagic to his spontaneously cast spells with no increase in casting time. The Master of the Unrestricted Power must pay the cost for Metamagic normally(Meta-flux applies), however, and thus must free up a spell slot of the appropriate level to cast.

Unleash magic: At 10th level, the Master of the Unrestricted Power can canalize all his magic, once per day, and throw it on the enemy. He sacrifice all his spell uses, of all levels, to canalize rough magic at his hand and throw it, with any shape(Thanks to Spell Shape). He must have at least 2/3 spell uses left(round up), of each level(starting at level 1 spells), to use this ability. For each level of spell used, you gain 5d10 of magic damage (Ranged touch atack, if it is single target. If it is an area effect, reflex halves the damage). For example, a MotUP, who has three spell levels, choose to sacrifice all of his spell uses, to gain 15d10 of magic damage. In addition, if the MotUP, use this ability with all of his spell uses, the damage is maxed automatically. After using this ability, the MotUP must perform a Fortitude save (CD 10 + number of spell levels used - round up). If fail, the MotUP faints and become fatigued(Half of the spell levels used/days - round up). If he succeed, he becomes fatigued without passing out. Unleash magic cannot be used again until the fatigue days pass.

gollark: I made a remote terminal thing. Unfortunately, it's too high-latency to be useful.
gollark: Also, commands may *sometimes* return errors, which skynet the CC library doesn't handle but which other stuff ought to.
gollark: Also, `skynet.close` would close a channel and not actually the socket - if you really want, do `skynet.socket.close`.
gollark: Ah, you are wrong.
gollark: Ah, you are correct.
