Mask of IT (3.5e Equipment)

Mask of IT: This mask has been worn by the demon known as Hetzraabatal, also known as "IT." He delighted in eating babies, but his greatest love was to scare children so bad, that he could see fear coming off of them, which he drank for a power boost. He started out with just making the child frightened at night, but he eventually makes little signs or messages that are something like, "I will eat you" "Your family won't even miss you" and others. He then feeds on the fear that is rolling off his victim.

The user of this mask can use the spells Cause Fear and Illusory Script at will, and 1/day Energy Drain (only if the creature has been panicked by the Cause Fear).
