Martial Artist (5e Feat)
Martial Artist
Prerequisites: Dexterity 13
You have trained under the monks of old, mastering their arts of murder with bare fists.
- Whenever you hit a creature with a unarmed strike, you roll a d4 for the damage, instead of the regular damage for this attack. If your unarmed strike damage die is higher than a d4, you add 1 to your damage rolls with unarmed strikes.
- You can use your Dexterity, instead of your Strength, for your attacks and damage rolls with unarmed strikes.
- When you make unarmed strike or an attack with a simple melee weapon that lacks the heavy and two-handed properties as part of your Attack action, you can make a unarmed strike using your bonus action. If you already can use your bonus action to perform a unarmed strike, you can make a second one. This second attack does not add your ability modifier.
