Manic Voice Quarterstaff: The manic voice quarterstaff is a special bard weapon designed to use and amplify their bardic music. By channeling a use of bardic music through the Amplifier on the Manic Voice you create a 15' cone dealing 1d8 sonic damage +1/lv also on a successful critical with the Amplifier end you deal an additional1d6 points of damage.
