You learn that water does more than heal and bring life, may use the shape water cantrip to bind a Medium or smaller creature within 300 feet to the ground, the target must make a Strength saving throw using either your spell save DC or (8 + Wisdom, Charisma, or Intelligence + Proficiency Bonus), flying things fall and become bound to the ground until they make a successful saving throw. When used like this the spell functions as a concentration spell, and the target may make another saving throw at the end of their turn. At level 15, The Max size becomes Large with advantage on the saving throw. At level 18, The Max size becomes Large without advantage on the saving throw.
