This page is of questionable balance. Reason: Uses incomplete and incorrect wording throughout. The traits need to be mechanically worded correctly as they are often vague. You should avoid granting flat increases to AC as well as increasing the base AC of a race over 13. Random Weight and Height Table is wrong for a Medium Sized creature. Overall poorly executed and needs a rework both from a mechanic and lore perspective to better integrate with the first party content. Machine

Physical Description

Mechanized beings made of metal and circuits; built to serve certain purposes and as such are varying in appearance and size. However, Robots are non-magical constructs being programmed and not created by any magical means.

History

Robots are Mechanical and Intelligent Machines created and programmed for whatever purpose they're needed for.

Society

Robots serve their creators or "Masters" and do what they can to the best of their programming and can be given certain personalities Robots tend to be quite prominent in futuristic societies serving to fufill programmed tasks.

Robot Names

Robots have no specific gender so names are essentially model numbers or nicknames.

Robot Traits

Statement:Constructed by intelligent beings, Robots can fulfill a variety of purposes. Statement:Robots can be purposed for maintenance, protocol, negotiations, war or assasination.
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1.
Age. can live for 1000 years or more if maintenance is kept up
Alignment. Robots have no specific alignments but are usually lawful
Size. Robots can be built to any size ranging from 3 feet to 7 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Darkvision. You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of green.
Composite Frame. Your base frame gives you a +1 to your Armor Class. If you have no armor your natural ac = 14+ConMod
Chasis. You can permanently adhere any armor you wear to your frame with 1 hour of work. Once adhered, you suffer no ill effects of resting while wearing armor[1]. You can remove your armor with another 1 hour of work.
Construct. You are immune to poison damage, as well as the effects of poison and disease. You do not need to eat or breathe. Instead of sleeping, you enter an inactive state for 4 hours each day. You are not aware of your surroundings for this time period, though you become awakened if you are moved or affected in any way.
Languages. You can speak, read and write Common, Binary, and one other language of choice. Binary is a number expressed in the base-2 numeral system or binary numeral system, which uses only two symbols: typically 0 and 1.
Subrace. Pick one from Protocol, Assassin, Battle, Astromech, and Medical.

Protocol Robot

Ability Score Increase. Your Intelligence, and Charisma scores each increase by 1.
Diplomatic. You have proficiency in the Persuasion, and Insight skills.
Low Grade Plating. With no armor adhered on your frame, your AC is 10 + your Constitution modifier.

Assassin Robot

Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity and Strength scores each increase by 1.
Assassin Protocol. You have proficiency in the Stealth and Acrobatics skills.
Mid Grade Plating. With no armor adhered on your frame, your Armor Class is 14+ your Dexterity modifier.

Battle Robot

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength and Constitution scores each increase by 1.
Military Programming. Can Perform a self repair once (1 hit die) and regains ability after a long rest
Comm Systems. Supplied with an internal radio to communicate with a creature/construct who has a device to receive transmission at a range of 1000ft.
Battle Programs. You have proficiency in the Athletics skill.

Astromech Robot

Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 2.
Mechanics Programming. You have proficiency in the Investigation skill, and you gain advantage on ability checks you make to interact with computers or repair machinery (not including yourself).
Jets. you can hover 2 feet in the air and move at your movement speed for 2 minutes.

Medical Robot

Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom and Intelligence scores each increase by 1.
Medical Programming. You have proficiency in the Medicine skill, and you can self repair once (1 hit die) recharges after long rest
Medicinal Utilities. A container with a capacity of 3 uses contains a healing potion which is attached to a hose with a syringe hidden in a finger on one hand
