With the swiftness of water you deliver a quick strike as your sword melts into living liquid, searching like a snake for an opening and reaching farther than you could with a normal blade.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Primal, Weapon, Conjuration
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 2
Target: One Creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2[W] + Wisdom damage and you deal critical damage on a 19-20 until the end of the encounter.
Miss: half damage and deal critical damage on a 19-20 as long as you are adjacent to your enemy until the end of the encounter
Water Preferrence: Until the end of the encounter you gain reach 2 and gain a bonus to attack rolls equal to your intelligence modifier.
