You call into being an explosive but short-lived storm that sends bolts of lightning into your foes.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Implement, Lightning
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Area burst 2 within 20 squares
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Reflex
Hit: 2d6 + Intelligence modifier lightning damage, and the target is dazed until the end of your next turn.
Miss: Half damage, and the target is not dazed.
