Lightning Slash	Elementalist 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You charge while your weapon takes on a bluish hue. Your opponent smells his burnt flesh and wishes he were better prepared.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Primal, Lightning, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Requirement: You must be charging.
Target: One creature
Attack: Wisdom Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Wisdom modifier lightning damage and the target is weakened until the beginning of your next turn.
Increase damage to 2[W] + Wisdom modifier lightning damage at 21st level.
