Lightning Charge
Prerequisites: Dexterity 17 or higher and Charisma 13 or higher, Storm Flash, and must be a storm fairy, variant
The stormy energies within you have filled you to the brim, and you have begun to harness them in perfect, discordant harmony like a lightning storm. You gain the following benefits:
- Your Dexterity score increases by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- Whenever you are subjected to lightning damage, you take no damage and regain a number of hit points equal to the lightning damage dealt.
- Whenever a hostile creature comes into direct contact with you or strikes you with a metal weapon during combat, electricity conducts from your body into them and causes them to take an amount of lightning damage equal to your Charisma modifier.

gollark: I'd assume *not*, since they mostly developed before there was sufficient global communication to make it work nicely.
