You summon a sizzling javelin made of lightning and heft it at your foe.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Divine, Lightning, Ascended Form
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 5/10
Requirement: Dwarf, must worship Kord
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength +2 Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 2d6 + Str Mod lightning damage and the target is stunned (save ends).
Miss: 1/2 damage and the target is not stunned.
Effect: Until the end of the encounter the target is vulnerable 5 to attacks with the lightning or thunder keywords.
Special: Increase hit dice by 1d6 at levels; 14, 16, 18, 20. Increase to hit bonus by 2 for levels 16 and 21.
