Like lightning, you strike out before your opponent can react and then the thunder follows.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Arcane, Weapon, Martial
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Requirement: You must be calling the spirit of the wind.
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. Reflex
Hit: 3[W] + Dexterity modifier lightning damage. You can then make the following attack; Range: Close burst 3 Target: All creatures in burst Attack: Dexterity Vs. Will Hit: 3d10 thunder damage.
Effect: Before the attack you can shift your speed.
