Prerequisite: You must perform the Lesser Legacy ritual associated with Voraxia, Least Voraxia

Benefit: You can pay the Personal Costs associated with Voraxia, Heaven`s fangs to unlock and use the especial abilities of said weapon from levels 11 to 16

Normal: You can neither pay the personal costs, nor use any of its especial abilities.
