Leader

Leaders are the people in charge of communities, from the leader of a small tribe to the mayor of Junk City, from a wealthy water merchant to the president of the NCR.

Prerequisites

Age 18+

Benefits

Choose two of the following skills as permanent class skills. If a skill the character selects is already a class skill, they receive a +1 competence bonus on checks using that skill.

Bluff, Diplomacy, Disguise, Gather Information, Intimidation, Knowledge (civics), Perform, Sense Motive.

Select either Charismatic Plus, Deceptive, or Trustworthy.

gollark: Presumably if you had a really good model for audio/vision/whatever you could just transfer-learn it (or part of it, for efficiency) onto whatever subtask you want.
gollark: It sounds like you want it to do maths homework or something?
gollark: The TPUs come with their own very powerful computers attached which you can now use.
gollark: You can use the TPU VM thing to avoid that, apparently.
