LAWBRINGER

With this feat, the player can remove a finger from every evil humanoid character he or she kills. This finger can then be sold to a certain person (whose identity is disclosed when you take the feat) for TUs/Caps.
Prerequisite: Level 10, Doesn't have Evil Allegiance, Doesn't have the Contract Killer feat.
Benefit: TUs/Caps
Special: If the character has the Evil Allegiance, the fingers can't be sold.
