You take a slash at an enemy leaving a long jagged wound.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Martial, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee Weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Strength Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Strength modifier + Constitution modifier damage.
Miss: Strength modifier + Constitution modifier damage.
Increase damage to 2[W] + Strength modifier + Constitution modifier at 21st level.
