Kijo's Charm Tsuku-Master 4e Power Type::Attack 25
You summon the help of an ogress in order to obliviate and warp the minds of up to two creatures.
4e Power Usage::Daily  Divine, Implement, Necrotic, Charm
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action Ranged 10
Target: One or two creatures within range
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: 4d6 + Intelligence modifier necrotic damage, and the target is overtaken by the spirit of an ogress (save ends). While the target is overtaken by this spirit, whenever it misses with an attack, the target takes 2d8 necrotic damage, and if the target ends its turn adjacent to you or an ally, then it is automatically knocked prone and is slowed until the end of your next turn.
Miss: Half damage, and the target is knocked prone and slowed.
Oni-Obake: If you happen to hit a target marked by your tsuku-aura with this attack, then you may have you or an ally within 5 squares of you make a basic melee or basic ranged attack against the same target as an immeidate interrupt. Noppera-Obake: If you happen to hit a target marked by your tsuku-aura with this attack, then you may gain back the use of an encounter power you already used during this encounter.
