Junk Merchant (Fallout Supplement)

JUNK MERCHANT

One man's junk is another man's treasure.
Prerequisite: Level 4, Charisma 17, 7 ranks in Diplomacy, 4 ranks in Knowledge(Business)
Benefit: All items with a base value of 1 TU/10 Caps or less can be sold at their full value instead of half. Example: You are selling a broken doll to a merchant with a value of 4 caps. Instead of starting off negotiations at 2 caps you start at 4 caps. Then apply the results of your Bartering.
Special: You may take this feat 2 times increasing the base value of junk to 2 TU/20 Caps. If used in conjunction with Bulk Trader all items being sold must each have a base value of 1 TU/10 Caps or less. 2 TU/20 Caps or less if you've taken this feat a second time.

gollark: Most of the high-power stuff like that is task-specific and only really usable for multiplying big matrices by vectors, and such.
gollark: It would be nontrivial to make something render SVGs on so much computing power without ridiculous overhead/waste.
gollark: Well, according to estimates, my brain would require about an exaflop/s of computing power to run.
