Joining a Gym (Rule)

So you or one of your players wants to forgo their Pokémon Trainer status and become part of a gym? By simply beating the Gym Leader you may join the gym of the leader you beat. You start off as a lowly novice within the gym, however as you defeat higher ranking members you are able to move up in the ranks. If you are part of a Gym, you may go to the gym each day and train up to 3 pokémon. The training lasts 2 hours. At the end, the trained pokémon gain 4 temporary hit points. The hit points disappear when you finish a long rest or when they are depleted.
