Your call revives a nearby ally to enter back into the fray
4e Power Usage::Daily  Martial, Shout, Healing
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst of Your Charisma modifier
Target: One dying creature
Effect: You spend a healing surge but regain no hit points from it. Instead, the target regains hit points as if it had spent a healing surge. Secondary Effect: All allies in burst regain hit points equal to your Charisma Modifier
