4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close Burst 5
Target: 1 creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 1d10 + Charisma modifier damage and the target is dominated until the end of your next turn.
Miss: The target grants combat advantage until the end of your next turn.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Standard: The target takes 1d6 + Charisma modifier damage. The target continues to be dominated until the end of your next turn.
