Target: One creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Will
Hit: 1d8 + Charisma modifier psychic damage, and one ally in burst gains a power bonus to their next melee attack roll made before the end of their next turn, equal to your Charisma modifier.
Increase damage to 2d8 + Charisma modifier psychic damage until the end of your next turn.
