Inspiring Tune	Bard 4e Power Type::Attack 1
You draw a musical instrument and play an invigorating piece that inspires your allies. You insert the name of one of your allies into the song, giving him a more intense rush.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Burst 20
Target: One ally in burst who can hear you
Effect: The target gains a power bonus to his next damage roll before the end of your next turn equal to 1d6 + your Charisma modifier + your implement bonus. All allies in the burst who can hear you gain a +1 bonus to their next attack roll before the end of your next turn.
