Improved Unarmed Strike (5e Class Feature)
|
Improved Unarmed Strike
This variant class feature can be taken by any class with proficiency with all martial weapons. This class feature replaces the class's martial weapon proficiency.
Instead of training with conventional weaponry, you have chosen to focus your efforts on training your body as a weapon. You gain the following benefits:
- The damage die for your unarmed strike increases to a d4. This increases further when you reach higher levels: your unarmed strike's damage die increases to a d6 at 5th level, a d8 at 11th level, and a d10 at 17th level.
- When you use the Attack action to make an unarmed strike on your turn, and you are not wielding a shield, you can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.

gollark: It's something something spatial frequency, I'm trying to figure it out somewhat.
gollark: Observe, filtering.
gollark: I'm messing with image processing. By multiplying that mask with the (shifted) FFT of an image, I can effectively make a"low pass filter" thingy. I should probably find some actual educational material on this instead of just tweaking a badly written python program.

gollark: What? Unlikely, pyrobot.
