3e Summary::Through practice you have learnt to maintain a focus on a single foe while maintaining a solid defense.
Prerequisite: Concentration 8 Ranks, Target
Benefit: You no longer take an AC penalty when using the Target Feat.
Special: A fighter may select this feat as one of his fighter bonus feats.
