Improved razor swarm [Racial]
Prerequisite: Bladeling race[1] or bladeling heritage feat; razor storm racial power
Benefit: When you use razor swarm, it targets each enemy in the burst. In addition, the damage die increases to d8.
Normal: Razor storm targets each creature in burst and uses d6 damage dice.
