Improved Natural Bond, Variant [General, Epic]

3e Summary::Your bond with your animal companions is taken to the next level, as your connection to nature grows ever stronger.

Prerequisite: Level 21, Wisdom 26, Multiple Animal Companions, Natural Bond

Benefit: Add one half of your effective druid level to the level of your animal companions for the purpose of determining the bonus Hit Dice, extra tricks, special abilities, and other bonuses that your animal companion receives (see page 36 of the Player's Handbook). This bonus can never make your animal companions' level exceed your character level.

This applies to all animal companions you have, and is added on top of the levels granted by Natural Bond.
