Increases the base critical threat range of a Bludgeoning weapon by +1. Ex. A Warhammer with this crystal has a threat range of 18-20.

This item uses the rules in the Magic Item Compendium (3.5e). The effect of these crystals takes place befor any magical increase (Like Weapon Enchantment: Impact) or feat increase (like Improved Critical).
