You use your frost powers to blast your opponent's mind with frost magic and give them an extreme case of brain freeze.

Target: One creature within range
Attack: Intelligence Vs. Will
Hit: The target takes 1d10 + Intelligence modifier cold damage. At the start of its next turn the target takes additional 1d4 necrotic damage. Level21: 2d10 + Intelligence modifier cold damage and additional 2d4 necrotic damage
