You add just a dab of ice to the ground.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Move Action	Personal
Requirement: Invoke Cost: Ice
Effect: You create a square of icy terrain. Creatures that enter the square move one additional square in whichever direction they were going when they enter. This movement does provoke opportunity attacks.
