Hypnotic Pendant (3.5e Equipment)

A hypnotic pendant is a shiny pendant, usually gold painted (or some equivalent).

The item can be used by bards to add +1 to Perform checks when they are attempting to Fascinate a target. The pendant can only be used in Dance or Oratory performances, not instrumentals or songs. The bard must already have 5 ranks in Perform to effectively utilize the pendant in his act.
