You weave notes of the sea into your melody, calling the sea to you, so that it forces back your foes.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement, Cold
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Close burst 1
Target: Each creature in burst
Attack: Charisma Vs. Fortitude
Hit: 1d6 + Charisma modifier cold damage, and you push the target a number of squares equal to your Wisdom modifier.
Increase damage to 2d6 + Charisma modifier at 21st level.
