Hydralisk are ambush predators. They will wait underground with their Lurker companions, and wait for the lurkers to open fire, before coming above ground and doing the same. Their acid needle can even be projected Two Hundred feet in the air.

The Hydralisk is a brutal hunter, firing it's Acid Needle Spine into its targets with deadly accuracy. The acid then liquifies their pray, to which they carry this soup back to the hive to be absorbed. One of the most gruesome creatures of the Zerg Swarm.
