The ground beneath your enemies softens and swallows them whole.
4e Power Usage::At-Will  Arcane, Implement
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Ranged 10
Requirement: Invoke Cost: Stone
Target: One creature
Attack: Charisma Vs. Reflex
Hit: 3D10+charisma modifier damage and the target takes 1D6 ongoing damage and is immobilized (save ends both).
Augment: Trap Hit: As above, but the target is restrained rather than immobilized.
