Physical Description

Humans come in a variety of colors having skin tones featuring shades from dark brown to pale white depending on the humans ancestry.

History

Humans originated on Earth, but everything changed when they discovered the Traveler during an expedition to Mars. The Traveler's arrival heralded the start of humanity's Golden Age, a period of prosperity with medical and technological advancements that allowed humans to colonize much of the solar system, triple their lifespan, and even create a sapient race of machines called the Exo.

The Golden Age did not last, however, and a century after it began, an ancient enemy of the Traveler, dubbed the Darkness, nearly eradicated humanity, and all of their settlements across the Solar System were completely lost. The remaining members of humanity fled back to their native planet and were saved by the Traveler, which sacrificed itself to stop this enemy.

Society

The majority of Humanity all that remains of it lives in the last city on earth in the shadow of the Traveller in Russia, it has been no small task the enemies of the Traveller also target its chosen people so the city has come under attack numerous times by the Fallen, and Cabal.

gollark: This seems like a "second-guessing what the examiner wants" thing, really.
gollark: "is that whatever times whatever times whatever is constant"?
gollark: Pretty sure anything below 2.125, which 2.1249 is, should round to 2.12.
gollark: If you don't want the images and stuff it's only 15-ish gigabytes.
gollark: If you're tired of sometimes not being able to access Wikipedia, just download it!
