Hovering Flight [Racial]

You have mastered flight completely. Not only can you stand long stretches of all-out combat flying, your wings are now powerful enough to keep you in the air even without moving forward!

Prerequisite: Gritaur, Con 17, True Flyer

Benefit: You now fly as a hoverer. You do no longer need to move each turn to stay in the air, you threaten the squares around you and may make opportunity attacks when flying.

gollark: RPNCalc makes this easier with its better stack manipulation and closures.

gollark: For example, if I took C but made it so that all function names had to be declared backward.
