A long, sturdy rope topped with a metal hook, designed to latch onto enemies as well as cliffs. It can be used to make enemies trip and fall on the battlefield.
- Dismounting
A hook can be used to make a dismount attack.
- Reach
With a hook, you can attack enemies that are 2 squares away from you as well as adjacent enemies, with no attack penalty. You can still make opportunity attacks only against adjacent enemies. Likewise, you can flank only an adjacent enemy.
- Tripping
A hook can be used to make a trip attack.
