4e Power Usage::At-Will  Shadow, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee weapon
Target: One creature
Attack: Dexterity Vs. AC
Hit: 1[W] + Dexterity modifier damage.
Effect: You gain concealment for the next attack made against you.
Increase damage to 2[W] + Dexterity modifier at 21st level
