Hellfire enshrouds your melee weapon.

Prerequisite: Cambion, Constitution 15

Benefit: You can swap one 2nd-level or higher Utility power you know for the Hellsword utility power.

Hellsword	Cambion Racial Power
You draw from the infernal fires of your soul to ignite your weapon.
4e Power Usage::Encounter  Fire, Weapon
4e Power Action Type::Standard Action	Melee touch
Target: One held weapon
Effect: Your weapon gains the fire keyword and causes ongoing 5 fire damage (save ends) whenever you hit with it.
Sustain 4e Sustain Action Type::Minor: the effect persists
